New Program Available for Those Who Want to Lose or Maintain Weight

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh LessEat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is a new program available to help North Carolinians maintain their weight or lose those extra pounds. It will be taught starting in January by local Health Promotion Coordinators and Cooperative Extension Agents across the state.

The program uses proven strategies to teach participants to live mindfully. Each lesson of the 15 week program focuses on one aspect of eating smarter and moving more. [Read More]
