If exercise could be purchased in a pill, it would be the single most widely prescribed and beneficial medicine in the nation.It is easier to maintain good health than it is to recover it.Most Americans know more about how to earn a living than about how to live.I have two doctors - my left leg and my right leg.It's never too late to begin!Given what we know about the health benefits of physical activity, it should be mandatory to get a doctor's permission NOT to exercise.Movement is the celebration of life.The only exercise some people get is jumping to conclusions, running down their friends, side-stepping responsibility, and pushing their luck!If you are seeking creative ideas, go out walking.
