Eat Smart, Move More ads are available in a variety of formats and represent the seven evidence-based, individualhealth behaviors that the initiative promotes. All of these professionally produced ads are available free-of-charge. We are presenting previews here that you can download and view on your computer. Print Ads
ESMM Print AdsThe Eat Smart, Move More...NC print advertisements are available in various sizes suitable for customizing with your agency's information, for your use in print, wherever you deem appropriate (i.e. newsletters, newspapers, billboards, etc).
Print Ads are available in three formats:
There is an eps version - this is the version that you would send to a printer if you are going to run an ad in a paper or other publication.
There is a jpg version - this version is handy when creating in-house fliers or other artwork. You can easily insert a jpg into a document or any other electronic format.
There is also a pdf version of each ad. The pdf is the best version for you to use to view the ads on your computer monitor (this is the version available in the links below). Each ad comes in the following sizes: 4.6X2.3, 4.8X4.8, 6.8X10.2, 7.5X2.6, and 7.5X4.6. The PDF version contains examples of all sizes of each ad.

Radio and TV Ads
NASCAR star Kasey Kahne is featured in several tv and radio spots for Eat Smart, Move More...NC. The ads focus on encouraging fans to choose water over sugar-laden drinks and to be more physically active through simple choices. These behaviors are two of the seven evidence-based, simple solutions that the Eat Smart, Move More movement promotes in efforts to help North Carolinians maintain a healthy weight. There are six 15-second ads for both television and radio. These ads also represent the seven key messages. However, these ads combine "Tame the Tube" and "Move More Everyday" into one ad. TV ad preview clips are in Quicktime format, and radio ads are in MP3 format.
