    An assessment tool for a child care center's examining nutrition and physical activity environment, practices and policies, and choose areas for improvement.

Nutrition and Physical Activity Self-Assessment for Child Care (NAP-SAC) is a statewide program aimed at improving the eating and physical activity environments in North Carolina child care centers.
