Eat Smart Quote Posters

You don't have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces -- just good food from fresh ingredients. We never repent of having eaten too little. The first wealth is health. We are what we repeatedly do. I saw a few die of hunger, of eating, a hundred thousand. To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art. I've been on a diet for two weeks and all I've lost is two weeks. You can't change where you came from. You can change where you are going. Those who think they have no time for healthy eating will sooner or later have to find time for illness. He that takes medicine and neglects diet wastes the skills of the physician. Never eat more than you can lift. The wise man should consider that health is the greatest of human blessings. Let food be your medicine.
