Faithful Families Thriving Communities (Previously Faithful Families Eating Smart and Moving More) promotes healthy eating and physical activity in communities of faith. Resources for the program include a 9-session healthy eating and physical activity curriculum, 4 chronic disease prevention and management lessons, and the Planning Guide for Faithful Families. Faithful Families’ program approach includes small group sessions and policy and environmental changes at the faith community level to promote health for individuals, families, and the local community.
